Repurposing anti-cancer drugs: Could Pim kinase inhibitors be the new aspirin?

My scientific interests are in understanding the signalling molecules and pathways that regulate platelet function, thrombosis and haemostasis. My research aims to understand the role platelets play in pathological conditions which is essential for the identification of drug targets, development of anti-platelet therapy and repurposing of drugs for the treatment of CVD.
